● Payment needs to be wired or prepaid when renting the space. For long term rent, monthly rent has to be wired in advance.

● Deposit is 100,000 won for long term space rental and 50,000 won for one time/daily use.

[Deposit will be refunded when rental contract ends but it can be deducted if damage or loss of Well-being Studio property was caused by renter or the members of the renter.]

* Please notify us at least 2 weeks before the rental contract ends when you want to extend the rental period.

* Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance to the day you wish to stop renting the studio if you need to terminate the rental contract.

For suddent notice, 2 weeks rent will be deducted and refunded if you are not giving us 2 weeks notice.
