Imagine the ocean, magnificent and powerful, deep to abyss... Its waves are terrifically strong. Imagine a lotus flower on its surface, which stays there no matter how strong the wind is, beautifully extending its leaves to the sun. In a world of rush and noise, we live in the ocean of energy of different vibrations. We are surrounded by too much information, too many concerns, too many social networks, and yet we're looking for real friends, inner harmony and moments of silence.

Hypno-yoga is designed to bring a deep understanding of our own powerful nature. It is still yoga, but combined with hypnotherapy techniques meant to expand one's consciousness through one's subconsciousness.

Each class is devoted to a different theme, randomly chosen by my inspired self. The suggestions are the following:

- Connection to the Earth / Recognizing the gravity

- Erasing the boundaries of the matter

- Lotus flower blossom

- Freedom from judgement

- Habit of healthy living

- Finding your balance

- Healing from within

- We all consist of stars

- Tat twam asi manifestation

and others.

Leave aside any misconceptions or assumptions: if hypno-yoga is just right for you, you will immediately feel it when you are in a class.

The rates differ as follows:

8 classes per month - 100 000 won

6 classes per month - 80 000 won

4 classes per month - 50 000 won

single class - 15 000 won
