Wow.
Seoul is running a very attractive campaign. (http://streamingseoul.net) Basically you upload a video about Seoul and the contest comes with some crazy rewards.
Looking through the sites, it seems like the site needs quite a bit of polishment for non-Koreans; however, the content itself is quite interesting.
The good news is that neither the quantity nor the quality of videos uploaded to Pandora don't seem to be that great. What does that mean? YOU CAN ENTER THE CONTEST AND HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF WINNING great prizes. They even categorize prizes into Korean/non-Koreans and stuff.
I guess it's definitely worth a try.
